Minutes of the Annual General  Meeting held at Cranwell Sports Club on 4th March 2026

1.   It was agreed to discuss this prior to election of the officers for 2026.

2. Treasurer Graham Russell presented the accounts for the year to 31st December 2025.  An opening balance of £245 had been carried forward and combined with the subscriptions gave a total income of £605.  The expenditure of £385 was related to competition and website costs, leaving a year end balance of £220.  A subsequent payment of £148 to the website service provider has left £72 in the account.
3. The secretary had only received one clubs view to the proposal to change the league structure to one league of 12 or the counter proposal to have two divisions.  The merits of these proposals were further discussed and it was ultimately voted by 7 votes to 5 to leave things as they currently stand.  So for 2026 we continue as north and south divisions.

4. The following officers were unanimously elected:

   • Competition Secretary Vacant
5. Before the draw for the Wilkinson Shield those present agreed to take back to their clubs a plea for both, a volunteer to be Competition Secretary and for venues to hold the Ron White Shield and Stan Hargreaves Competitions to allow them to run this season.  Please inform the secretary by end of April 2026.
6. There was no other business other than agreeing the date for the next AGM as 3rd March 2027, venue to be confirmed.
